Job Description

Lead daily field operations for a ground-up data center build. Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure quality standards. Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trades. Oversee logistics, inspections, and reporting on progress to executive stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center projects. Previous experience with a general contractor. Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments. Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site.
