Position : NPI Automation Engineer

Location : Valley Green, PA

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom / Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Automation Engineer to join our Cable Backplane Systems engineering team. The position will be located in Valley Green, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with NPI engineering teams to integrate automation into new product builds.
• Review product designs to identify automation opportunities and constraints.
• Provide input on fixture design, part orientation, and material handling for automation compatibility.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and scalability of automation solutions.
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of automation systems at international sites.
• Train global teams on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assist in scaling automation solutions from pilot to full production globally.
• Support upgrades and retrofits of automation systems to improve performance and reliability.
