Job Summary

The Field Supervisor is to lead the team in efficient project execution, ensuring safe work practices, and ongoing field training for the field technicians. This position is a leadership role for someone who is goal oriented, has good time management, and is capable of leading team members. Your responsibilities are to supervise the field crews on all current jobs, maintain day-to-day operations, and keep an updated dialog with the general contractor to be relayed back to the project manager. You will have to receive and update daily reports from the technicians to ensure the jobs are being run efficiently. This role requires a Field Supervisor to be calm under pressure, always willing to learn new management skills / techniques, and willingness to assist with upper management.
