Our client is committed to sustainability and efficiency, and our state-of-the-art warehouse is equipped with advanced machinery, including our high-performance shredder. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team.

• Shift Info : Monday - Friday – Days Shift (7am-3 : 30pm) – Overtime Available!
• Pay Rate : $23.50-25 / Hour $DOE (Depending on Experience)
• Location : Holliston, mass

The Maintenance Mechanic will play a crucial role in keeping our operational machinery running smoothly, with a primary focus on our shredding equipment for plastics and metals. This position requires hands-on technical expertise as well as the ability to delegate and oversee maintenance tasks effectively.

Skills :

Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Assist in training and mentoring staff within the department.- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times in the maintenance area.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and safety.
