$180,000+ commission based income

Responsibilities :

Be a Leader : Help clients navigate challenging situations and find solutions that work.

Show Grit : Approach every call, meeting, and challenge with energy and determination.

Grow with Us : Participate in training and coaching to expand your skill set.

Qualifications :

Active VA real estate license.

Experience and / or interest in alternative deal strategies is a plus.

Willingness to assist your clients in traditional as well as creative real estate transactions.

Professional, independent, and activity-driven.
