A company is looking for a Sr. M365 System Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Intranet
Monitor operational queues and ensure high standards of customer service in Microsoft 365 environments
Collaborate with teams to identify efficiencies and improve existing processes
Required Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and associated technologies
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation of tasks
Experience with M365 migrations and hybrid Exchange deployments
Hands-on experience managing high-priority incidents and on-call rotations
Microsoft certifications are a plus
