Pouch Machine Operator

Location : Oshkosh, WI

Shift : 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5 : 00am – 3 : 00pm

Pay : $28–$30 / hour (based on experience)

Type : Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring an experienced Pouch Machine Operator to join a growing small business in Oshkosh. In this role, you'll run machines that produce food-grade plastic pouches , ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish.

What You’ll Do :

  • Operate and monitor pouch-making equipment
  • Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic maintenance
  • Measure, count, and inspect pouches to meet quality standards
  • Handle materials, including lifting and moving rolls of plastic
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Stand, bend, and squat throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For :

  • Prior experience running pouch-making machines (required)
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Reliability and a willingness to be part of a growing team
