Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Material Mover for our warehouse facility in Alton, IL. The ideal candidate will be attentive to details, promote a safe-working environment, and have great organizational skills.

Starting at $20.21 / hour and higher based on experience.

Essential Functions :

• Verifies fabrication orders to customer's specifications.
• Determines best method of packaging and fabricates containers or uses those already assembled.
• Prepares packages for shipping and confirms orders
• Transports sheets of material and cut parts to operator work areas and transports finished product to packaging and then to warehouse for shipping.
• Helps with physical lifting, pushing and pulling at operator tables.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized by moving skids, stacked product and debris using a forklift and a broom.
• Transport boxes of scrap for recycling to the warehouse.
• Keeps the machine vacuums and dumpsters empty.

Qualifications
