Global Derivatives Technology develops and supports xTrader, CIBC's cross-asset portfolio management platform. xTrader is a suite of .NET applications that feeds the bank's finance, regulatory, and risk management systems.

What You\'ll Be Doing
CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you will be on-site 4-5 days at CIBC\'s 300 Madison Avenue trade floor in New York. Occasional work may be required on evenings, weekends, and holidays and work outside of business hours can be remotely. Travel to Toronto, Canada may be required annually.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, an interest in capital markets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced trade floor environment. While your background should provide a solid foundation, we\'ll provide formal training, coaching, and networking opportunities to help you succeed.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $150,000- $180,000 based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
