Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel job in Cody, Wyoming.

🌙 Shift : Nights, 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM

⏳ Contract Length : 13 weeks

💼 Guaranteed Hours : 36

🧠 Experience Required : 2+ years in Long-Term Care (LTC)

💳 Certifications : BLS

💻 Charting System : PointClickCare (PCC)

🧑‍⚕️ CNA Duties : Assist with ADLs, bathing, and meal setup

💉 LPN / RN Duties : Standard LTC nursing responsibilities

🏥 Facility Details : 2 floors; may float between both

👩‍⚕️ Charge Nurse : LPNs / RNs act as charge for their unit (no extra charge rate)

🚫 Radius Rule : No travelers within 100 miles of the hospital

⚠️ Start Policy : Agency fee applies for late start (excluding licensure issues)
