Financial Services Operations Representative

A company is looking for a Financial Services Operations Representative I, II, and III.

Key Responsibilities

Process financial service requests efficiently and accurately for Mutual Fund clients

Communicate with advisors and account holders to resolve complex issues and clarify requests

Review transactions for quality and provide coaching and procedural recommendations for Reps II and III

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of work-related experience; preference for financial services experience

1-2 years of business experience in customer support or transfer agency roles for Rep. II and III

Ability to navigate multiple programs and resources effectively

Demonstrated adaptability and ability to meet deadlines

Self-motivated with the capability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment
