As the Chief Medical Officer / Provider, this position balances their time between 40% administrative duties and 60% direct patient care.

Candidates must have / obtain an active, clean WA medical license, current DEA and board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Primary Care Speciality). Previous experience in community health settings and working with diverse populations is preferred.

Guaranteed salary ($250K-$300K) with full benefits including PTO, paid holidays, 100% paid health / dental / vision insurance, paid CME, 401K and malpractice covered. Loan repayment options are available as well.
