As a skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will perform a variety of laboratory tests on blood, tissue and body fluids using both automated and manual methods. Your primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely reporting of lab test results to support medical staff in patient care.

You will also serve as a technical resource and assume section supervisory functions within the laboratory setting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes by providing high-quality laboratory services. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless integration of laboratory results into patient care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to have a deep understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols, as well as the ability to operate complex equipment. A strong background in chemistry, biology or a related field is highly desirable.
