job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct development, permitting, platting, and legal description reviews to ensure compliance to codes - Determine correct boundary lines, interpret deeds and land descriptions, check and certify maps - Maintain the City's survey control monuments - 50% office, 50% field work Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper's license - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Able to pass a drug test

$80,000 / hr to $100,000 / hr.
