Overview of the Role :

Join a dynamic construction management team supporting critical energy infrastructure projects across multiple sites. This role offers the opportunity to drive project success through strategic scheduling, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration on multi-million dollar capital projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Develop weekly schedule updates and monthly analysis reports for stakeholder reviews
  • Identify and mitigate schedule risks through direct collaboration with project teams
  • Apply advanced scheduling methodologies including critical path analysis and resource loading
  • Generate detailed Integrated Master Schedules based on defined work packages
  • Recommend process improvements for scheduling accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with contractors and department managers to ensure on-time delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years direct experience with Primavera P6 project control
  • 3+ years facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services experience
  • 5 years management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Formal training in project scheduling techniques and software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in challenging environments
