A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Agent responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries while maintaining professionalism

Document all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Escalate complex issues to supervisors and meet performance metrics for call quality and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred

1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software

Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
