What You Can Expect :

• $19–$21 / hour starting pay Driver incentives for those with a valid license and reliable transportation Weekly pay — consistent and on time Full benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off Overtime pay for hours over 40 / week Quick onboarding and case placement — no long wait times A close-knit team that supports each other like family Your Role as a CHHA : Provide personal care and companionship Assist with light housekeeping and simple meals Offer medication reminders and mobility support Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home What You’ll Need : A valid and active  New York State Home Health Aide certification Up-to-date Medicals - MMR titers, TB test and employment clearing physical Driver’s license and reliable transportation are highly preferred Authorization to work in the U.S. and be able to speak, read, and write in English.
