A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Support & Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
Advise customers on software usage and assist during their trial period
Track interactions in Salesforce and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
Experience with technology, including familiarity with Intercom and Salesforce
Ability to work 8am-5pm UTC+8
Self-motivated with a growth mentality
Experience in building relationships with remote customers is a plus
