As a CEO stakeholder relations intern, you'll help craft impactful messaging, support high-profile events, and contribute to strategies that strengthen Allstate's reputation and culture. What you'll do :

• Support executive communications : Help develop briefing materials and messaging for CEO engagements across internal and external audiences.
• Plan & execute events : Assist in organizing virtual and in-person CEO events, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful experiences.
• Draft strategic content : Create communications of moderate complexity that reflect the CEO's voice and Allstate's values.
• Build relationships : Collaborate across teams and serve as a liaison between departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Champion culture & change : Contribute to communication strategies that promote an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
• Protect reputation : Understand reputational impact and help shape messaging that builds trust and credibility.
