Everlaw is looking for a Senior Engineering Operations Specialist to join our Engineering team! As a Senior Engineering Operations Specialist, you will be a growing mentor on our team that will build and maintain the processes and programs necessary to scale up our rapidly-growing Engineering team, as well as provide mentorship on the Engineering Operations team. Although this is not a technical role, you will be in a technical environment, leading work groups within our Engineering team to build cutting-edge software and designing processes that scale with us as we grow. This is a great role for someone who has a track record of successfully leading complex projects, has technical acumen in the SaaS space or full-stack software development environments, and has used data and metrics to inform your program design. This is a full-time on-site position located in Oakland, California.
