Front Office Operations

Work and execute on all aspects of front office operations, offer consistent and friendly customer services in accord with company goals and guidelines, provide administrative support to all areas of the business and maintains contact with estimators.

All employees are required to conduct themselves in a safe manner at all times to ensure the safety of themselves, customers and the crew, as set forth in the Kind-Will Gutters, LLC Safety Manual. All employees must have a clear understanding of jobsite safety. Everyone is responsible for safety.

Capabilities :

• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Working knowledge of office technology- computers, MS Office, etc
• Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective
• Pleasant and courteous on the phone
• Be organized. Have good communication skills.
