Electrical Project Manager Data Center Construction (Cedar Rapids)

The Electrical Project Manager will lead large-scale data center construction projects. This role requires a strong technical background in power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing electrical scopes, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Open to local and traveling candidates. Per diem included for traveling positions.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all electrical aspects of data center construction projects , from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Drive quality control, risk management, and cost control initiatives.
• Lead project meetings, provide technical support, and resolve field issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and materials availability.
