This position is responsible for enrolling & completing the training course Level 1 provided by Petsense, "Paragon," in preparation for a career in grooming and / or bathing.

Paragon is a virtual distance learning program where students are guided through a 15-week training designed to teach fundamentals in bathing and grooming, along with safety, pet first aid and CPR, pet handling, dog anatomy, and physiology. This is achieved through hands-on practice, book work, online exams, videos, and photo submissions for grading.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling the following :

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Support selling initiatives (TEAM) :

Required Qualifications

Experience : Comfortable working with dogs and cats, demonstrating patience and compassion. Must provide or be willing to purchase grooming tools.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write, and count accurately.
