Key Responsibilities
Utilize various recruiting tools to identify, source, interview, and onboard candidates for multiple positions
Drive quality hiring outcomes by understanding business needs and establishing trust with hiring leaders
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit for organizational needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with two years of college-level courses; a 4-year degree or HR certification is preferred
Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for corporate recruiting
At least 2 years of experience as a strategic partner with business leaders
Proven negotiation and project management skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with ambiguous projects
