We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. $35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
