Advance into a hands-on, customer-facing Parts Counter Assistant role with a well-established company in Eau Claire. This position is perfect for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy interacting directly with customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.

In this role, youll work at the parts counter assisting walk-ins, phone, and email clients. Core duties include identifying and sourcing HVAC, refrigeration, truck, or heavy equipment parts; processing orders and returns; and maintaining inventory on the shop floor. Your work will involve using POS systems and vendor portals, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate cycle counts. This position is focused on service and reliability rather than sales goalstheres no upselling or quotas.

Wage :  $18$23 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience (counter, phone, or in-person)
• Hands-on experience in a shop environment, counter sales, technical support, or inventory control
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and vendor platforms
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active all day
• Parts experience (HVAC, automotive, truck, or heavy equipment) strongly preferred

Schedule :  Full-time, direct hire. MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM. No weekends.
