The ideal candidate will provide support to the HR Administration / Communications Team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of our communications initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for this role. Communications-related education and experience required. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing internal and external communications Help maintain consistent messaging across platforms and audiences Support planning and execution of associate-focused events, including messaging, logistics, supplies, etc. Coordinate tours, visitor agendas, and leadership engagements Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for leadership and team use Develop visual communications tailored to associate engagement (e.g., signage, newsletters, digital boards) Manage calendars and scheduling for communications-related activities Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects Conduct research on industry trends and summarize findings Work closely with all manufacturing and corporate departments to align messaging and support initiatives Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
