Job Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment's front of house staff. The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and managing the dining area.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, and schedule front of house staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality standards are met
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Enforce health and safety regulations
