An Orthopedics Physician specializes in the assessment and treatment of patients referred for orthopedic concerns. The role involves performing outpatient surgeries, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with primary care providers and subspecialists for comprehensive patient care. This position requires a commitment to patient evaluation and surgical interventions within a clinic or ambulatory surgery center setting.

Work Dates Needed : Monday- Friday; 3-6 months. Starting as soon as accepted / cleared.
Preferred Schedule : M-F 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM
Worksite Setting : Clinic or Ambulatory Surgery Center
Scope of Work :

Provides assessment and treatment, as indicated, for patients referred to subspecialty clinics by primary care providers, other subspecialists, Public-Private Partnership Clinics, and contracting agencies.

Schedules and performs outpatient surgery and / or special procedures, as applicable.

Develops and implements a plan of care or management, where indicated.

Provides treatment recommendations to the referring primary care provider, where indicated.

Refers patients for other subspecialty consultations and / or treatment, as appropriate.
