We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Public Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand image and promote our organization's goals. This role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, including the media, clients, and the general public, to ensure consistent messaging and positive representation of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, stakeholders, and community organizations.
  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events and press conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather newsworthy content for communication materials.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations or communications roles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
