Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Project Manager Commercial Construction based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Sr. Project Manager will oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting processes. The Sr. Project Manager will also ensure that all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Proficiency in Inspection and overseeing quality control measures
• Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate and manage resources effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP, are advantageous
