This is a fullitme temporary position with possibilty of becoming permanent.

  • What Makes This Position Special?   Under the direction of the Director, is responsible for direct supervising and scheduling direct care staff and providing administrative and clerical services that includes billing, processing and monitoring payments and expenditures .

    What You’ll Do :

  • Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of Care Partner staff with assistance from the Director.
  • Creates and maintains staff schedule so that there is adequate personnel to cover resident / client demand and cover plann ed or unplanned time off utilizing scheduling program .
  • Schedules resident / client appointments and visits according to care pla n and staff availability.
  • Contacts care partners, resident / clients, family members or community staff regarding day-to-day modifications in schedules or assignments .  Provides guidance and resolves issues that may arise while on-site at ECS communities.
  • Data entry and maintenance of staff and resident / client data and billing information.
  • Resolves billing issues with residents / clients and / or community staff .
  • Clerical duties including but not limited to word processing, filing, sorting and distribution of mail, and phone reception.
  • The Skills You’ll Need :   High school diploma or GED .  At least 1 year of prior experience creating staffing schedules. Experience working with seniors recommended .  Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and 10-key by touch with the ability and willingness to learn new software, as needed .   Must be detailed -oriented and organized .   Class C driver’s license with clean DMV record .   Must have a vehicle and maintain insurance coverage. Requires 40% travel.
