Key Responsibilities
Maintain 3-hour SLA on ticket responses within HALO
Troubleshoot Mavent fails related to ATR / QM, State Rules, TILA, and Enterprise Rules
Research compliance topics and create / maintain FAQ documents
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Encompass process flow
Familiarity with MAVENT
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
