Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and persuasive in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present products / services.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding requirements and addressing concerns.
• Utilize strong closing skills to convert leads into satisfied customers, overcoming objections and negotiating sales.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase value and differentiate from competition.
• Implement proactive follow-up strategy to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for referrals or additional sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
