Job Title : Phlebotomist

Location : Fayetteville AR

Shift : M-TH 8AM-4 : 30PM, FRI-8AM-1PM CST

Job Summary :

The PSR II serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients who visit for routine health services or critical health decisions. The role involves drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, while ensuring patient trust, safety, and accuracy. The PSR II will demonstrate leadership behaviors, focus on process excellence, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. Assignments may be at doctor's offices, patient service centers, or other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily activities accurately and on schedule under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Confidently perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing according to established protocols.
• Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient initials / signatures post-venipuncture to confirm correct specimen labeling.
• Maintain required records and documentation meticulously.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
