About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) to support automation initiatives within our business office. This is a contract position with an initial term of 6-9 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
The CDS will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and complete clinical documentation to support severity of illness (SOI), risk of mortality (ROM), and appropriate reimbursement. This position requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with physicians and clinical teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
