Our Apartment Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential apartment communities in Lincoln, NE. This role is crucial in ensuring that the community maintains its luxury standards while providing exceptional service to residents and our clients. The manager will manage leasing activities and, with a dedicated maintenance technician, ensure the property is well-maintained and financially successful. Additionally, the Community Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones. Ultimately, the goal is to create a vibrant community that residents are proud to call home.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Proven experience in property management, preferably 2 or more years in residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of leasing and rental processes and marketing

The required skills, such as proficiency in Google Suite, are essential for managing daily communications, scheduling, and reporting. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is critical for tracking leasing activities, managing tenant accounts, and generating financial reports. Strong leasing and rental skills will be utilized to effectively market the property, conduct tours, and close lease agreements with prospective residents. Additionally, leadership skills will be applied to motivate and guide the team, ensuring staff members are aligned with the Company's goals.
