In the Utility role, you will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our plant environment. You will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, waste collection, and pest control, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace that supports our production and operational goals.

How You Will Contribute

• Cleaning : Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows and other surfaces.
• Waste Collection : Collecting trash and recyclables from various areas within the plant and ensuring proper disposal.
• Pest Control : Communicating findings, neutralizing pests, and sanitizing affected areas.
• Physical Tasks : Demonstrating physical stamina by lifting and carrying heavy objects (under 40 pounds), standing for extended periods, and operating processing equipment.
• Attention to Detail : Following instructions precisely to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Team Collaboration : Working independently or as part of a team to meet cleaning and maintenance standards.
• Flexibility : Being available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
• Transportation Skills : Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required.

The hourly wage for this position is $22.85 / hr. Benefits beginning 1st of the month following 60 days of employment include : Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness Program.
