Location : St. Louis, Missouri

As a Customer Experience Specialist I , you’ll be the guiding voice for customers as they journey through the loan origination process. You’ll operate at the heart of our call center, serving as a trusted point of contact from application to closing.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Be a customer success advocate in a dynamic call center environment
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts with empathy and precision
  • Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans , ensuring each customer feels supported and informed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their mortgage journey
  • Respond to 30+ calls per day , often engaging with the same customer multiple times to build trust
  • Perform data entry, validation , and routine communications with internal teams and third parties
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and expedite processing
  • Conduct basic research to provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to associates or supervisors when needed
  • Uphold production and quality standards while following established policies

🧠 What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry
  • A strong phone presence and genuine passion for customer service
  • Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid time management and organizational abilities
  • Clear and confident communication skills , both written and verbal
  • Comfort with mainstream tech tools (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
  • A collaborative spirit and attention to detail
  • Assessment score of 50+

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

    subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
