Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This individual will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and adherence to our company's core values : Trust, Excellence, and Family.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform installations, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems.

Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining repair options and costs.

Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and industry standards.

Maintain accurate and thorough records of services performed using our digital management systems.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members before, during, and after services.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on HVAC industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

Experience as an HVAC Technician or a Great Attitude to Learn

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and effectively communicate HVAC system issues.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.
