Contract Human Resources Business Partner
Beacon Hill has partnered with a growing healthcare company in hiring a Contract Human Resources Business Partner to start immediately! This is a remote role for a 6 month engagement. Key responsibilities include supporting HR leadership and business leaders through all phases of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, including due diligence, communications, onboarding, and change management. Assist in workforce assessments, organizational structure reviews, and talent mapping for acquired entities. Coordinate with HR teams on benefits, compensation, and policy harmonization post-acquisition. Partner with business leaders to address day-to-day HR needs, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Help implement HR programs and policies aligned with company culture and business objectives. Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making during organizational changes. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and positive employee experience during times of transition.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Three or more years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, integrations, or organizational change. Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (employee relations, performance management, HR compliance). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust across teams. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; experience with HR analytics a plus.
