What you´ll do
The Senior Process Safety Engineer facilitates Process Safety risk management by coaching and supporting line management and shop floor staff to identify, analyze and evaluate process safety, health and environmental risks, implement process safety engineering
toolbox guidelines and corrective actions within the NA sites.
Provides process safety leadership, expertise & guidance to
operations while ensuring key stakeholders are fully involved such that the resulting risk controls & programs are owned by the
“end users.”
Works with regional engineering and sites to develop and implement a concrete roll out plan for process risk assessment (PRA) for existing processes and site projects.
Provide training and hand-on coaching through leading and / or facilitating the process risk assessment (PRA) with
site and project team to build up process safety network and enhance process safety competency for the region
Provide process safety consulting support and recommend optimal solutions to the engineering, project,
operation and business teams in execution of process safety requirements and to ensure compliance with
Corporate standards and local regulation requirement.
Provide focused process safety support to major engineering projects to ensure process risk and corrective action
are addressed with application of engineering principles to design, construction, commissioning, operation etc.
As requested, facilitate or participate the root cause analysis and accident investigation of process safety
incidents.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00- $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
