Key Responsibilities

• 4 direct reports to start. This number will increase with growth.
• Run the facilities within a region - territory will be half of the country (East)
• Take ownership of the assigned portfolio and proactively present opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and articulate growth opportunities, ensuring successful implementation across the platform.
• Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis. Ensure facility procedures align with local, state, and federal laws.
• Strict adherence to Corient’s Security protocols
• Educate, train and lead a facilities team in delivering superior service across designated sites, ensuring compliance with agreed standards.
• Review operating expenses, implementing cost-saving measures aligned Tiering Matrix.
• Track metrics and KPI’s for your region and report on a monthly basis
• Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering motivation, engagement, and personal development.
• Create actionable, measurable career development plans for each direct report, maintaining consistent progress discussions.
• Manage and develop relationships with local and regional leadership. Liaise with local teams to strengthen relationships with great real estate team
