The Associate Marketing Manager supports the execution of assigned marketing initiatives and helps deliver the annual growth plan for Asahi Beer USA.
The role contributes to building brand equity through campaign support, innovation projects, and commercial planning. Working closely with senior team members, it ensures consistent execution across key consumer and customer touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities :
Brand & Communication Strategy Support
Contribute to the development and execution of brand communication plans across digital and trade channels
Share ongoing U.S. market and brand updates through internal channels (e.g., What’s on the Tap, newsletters)
Support internal engagement initiatives such as the Brand Ambassador Program
Respond to consumer inquiries and manage day-to-day brand presence on social media, including “always-on” content
Support Marketing Managers with media planning, PR initiatives, and campaign execution
Maintain and update the seasonal planning calendar across current and upcoming years
Project & Event Execution
Support the activation of brand strategies in the Madison region, including managing local agency relationships and executing events
Identify and negotiate brand presence at local events and sponsorship opportunities
Coordinate influencer collaborations, PR sampling, and branded activations
Oversee POSM inventory, merchandising tools, and execution materials
Support the concept, design, and production of merch / SWAG
New Product Development
Assist in the commercialization process of new products, including gathering costings, specs, and coordinating timelines
Brief and collaborate with creative agencies to develop packaging visuals and comps
Manage internal review and approval processes for new pack artworks
Organize and coordinate sample shipments for launch, sales, and promotional purposes
Seasonal Program Management
Lead the coordination of TRI seasonal programs (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Spring / Summer, Halloween, and holiday)
Develop seasonal sales materials including spec sheets, program decks, pricing, and sample kits
Collaborate with the Category Manager to build compelling seasonal selling stories for the sales team
Maintain and update the seasonal planning calendar across current and upcoming years
Requirements :
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
Some prior office-based work experience (e.g., internship, part-time job, administrative role) in marketing, business, and communications is required.
Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or consumer behavior.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, social media platforms).
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Located in proximity to the Octopi brewery (Waunakee, WI); ability to work from the office 1–2 times per week
