Job Description

Position Title : Swirl Bread Quality Technician

Duration : 3 months contract

Location : 3310 Panthersville Rd, Decatur GA 30034

Duration & Schedule :

• Temporary assignment based on swirl bread production schedule.
• Expected to work 2–3 times per week, aligned with swirl runs.
• Shift length : 12–14 hours per run, depending on production needs.

Job Description :

To ensure consistent quality and food safety during swirl bread production runs by performing critical quality checks and escalating issues promptly.

Responsibilities :

QA Check Form, Check Type, Frequency Criteria Action if Out of Spec

1. Weight Check Every 30 mins per line Within target weight range

If failed : 100% inspection from last best check

2. Height Check Every 30 mins per line ≥ 3 6 / 8 inches If ? 3 6 / 8 : Hold product from last

best check, 100% inspection on weight and visual check for small bread.

3. Grain Quality Every 30 mins per line Closed, uniform grain

If open grain : Notify QA TL immediately, take photos of bread.

4. Date Code Check Every 30 mins per line Clear, correct date code

If incorrect or light printed or illegible : 100% hold from last best check

5 . Hole Check Visual during checks No massive holes

If present : Hold product from last best check, TL to take samples.

Bakery Leader to release based on N5 sampling- 5 samples from each Row.
