Are you ready to take the next big step in your civil engineering career?

We’re partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary design firm that delivers all phases of land development services — including civil engineering, dry utilities, landscape architecture, planning, and permitting.

With a strong reputation across the Southeast, the firm is expanding its Raleigh, NC office and seeking a Land Development Project Manager (P.E. or E.I.T.) to lead projects from concept through construction and play a key role in building out the local team.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Lead site / land development projects from concept through construction
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control
  • Collaborate closely with architects, surveyors, planners, and contractors
  • Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Serve as the main client point of contact, maintaining strong relationships
  • Mentor junior engineers and E.I.T.s, managing workload and project assignments
  • Track financial performance, billing, and forecasting for assigned projects

🎓 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. license (active in any U.S. state and eligible for NC reciprocity) or E.I.T. certification
  • 6+ years of civil engineering experience with 3+ years managing land / site development projects
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D / AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and permitting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
