The Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, is the trusted expert for customers in beauty, delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that builds confidence and drives sales.

You will serve as an educator and beauty expert, offering expert advice, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored consultations that may include makeup application and skincare recommendations. Your deep product knowledge and awareness of trends help you introduce customers to new items and innovations that match their needs and style. Building lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service is central to the role, with the goal of exceeding expectations and achieving sales goals.

By combining genuine hospitality, strong product knowledge, and a passion for beauty, you will help every customer leave feeling confident, cared for, and excited to return.

Responsibilities

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact : greet teammates, ensure the sales floor is clean and organized, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, stay informed on trends and promotions, and engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
• On the floor, focus on the customer : offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create personal conversations to build relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain a shoppable space : keep the counter and sales floor organized, refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves to support a seamless experience; finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits and thanking customers, using their name.
• Support each other through honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence as a journey : improve daily, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from colleagues to deliver store results.
