Elite365 is looking for Locum Anesthesiologists to cover top-tier cases in Louisville, KY starting this November!

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS :

• Start Date : November 5th, 2025 or as soon as credentialed
• Duration : Ongoing
• Schedule : 10 s, 12 s 14 s
• 500 Beds
• Medical Direction
• Cases : OB, general surgery, GYN, ENT, endoscopy, ortho, cardiac, neuro, urology, podiatry, and plastics
• Call Schedule : 3 layers of call
• 1 MD main OR / OB
• 1 MD CVOR
• 1 CRNA to back up the main / OB
• Credentialing : 60-90 Days - expedited privs with clean file
