This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting business opportunities, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Marketing Support
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and build strong client relationshipsProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer baseDevelop and distribute engaging marketing materials, targeted email campaigns, and travel to retail agencies to understand how we can be of assistance with their needsHelp create connections with coded producers based on experience and personalityMaintain and leverage CRM systems and contact databases to manage prospects, track interactions, and follow up effectivelyMonitor sales and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for growthSupport the planning and execution of client events, trade shows, and webinars to drive engagementConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business developmentEnsure brand messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels and touchpointsUnderwriting Support
Collaborate closely with the Underwriting team to ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of documentationReview incoming submissions for completeness and accuracy, proactively resolving gaps before underwriter reviewInput and update data within quoting systems and underwriting platforms to support efficient turnaround timesServe as a liaison between brokers, clients, and underwriters to obtain missing details and clarify requirementsMaintain organized, up-to-date digital files and records to ensure ease of access and compliance with company standardsTrack submission and quote progress, providing regular status updates to the Underwriting team and managementAssist in identifying process improvements and workflow efficiencies to enhance underwriting productivityAssist in underwriting review of files, putting together quotes, and submitting to underwriter for approvalRequirements
