Description Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the College's student recruitment goals by working with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Admissions Department to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Iowa Central to prospective students. The Marketing Coordinator creates consistent and compelling messages that represent the story of Iowa Central across digital, print, and event-based platforms. Collaborate for the coordination and engagement of Iowa Central's social media community in support of positive brand awareness, strategic marketing goals, and educational mission and vision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations with 2 years of experience in related field or equivalent training and experience to demonstrate ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Bachelor's preferred. Experience in nonprofit or educational marketing environment, marketing, communications, or student recruitment preferred. Strong written communication skills and comfort with content creation for digital and social platforms. Proficiency with common design and marketing tools.
